Background. Creative Networks was founded as a micropublishing company in 2003 in Santa Barbara, California by J. Stephen Wilson to help promote Win the Green Card Lottery! by Marybeth Rael. First distributed by Self Counsel Press, this "how-to" guide explains how to enter the USA diversity visa lottery and what to do if you win. Now in its seventh annual edition, Win the Green Card Lottery! is available in both paperback and electronic (e-book) distribution.
In 2004, we expanded myGreencard.com to include weekly Immigration News and a growing library of free Immigration Reports. We started reviewing green card lottery web sites in 2005 in response to complaints about some services. Green card lottery service ratings are now published yearly in our booklet and on our website. We also publish a separate detailed Report with survey data and other information for an audience of international immigration web site owners.
In 2008 management and operations moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and partnered with The United States Association of Immigrants at myUSAi.org. myUSAi is a new social site specializing in immigrating to the USA and a place where immigrants and others can access a Discussion Forum and access "New to America" content with daily news on current topics of interest to immigrants.
About Win the Green Card Lottery! This booklet is now in our seventh year of publication and is the first and most complete and successful publication dedicated to the U.S. diversity visa lottery. Visit the Table of Contents now. The electronic edition for DV-2012 is now available.
About Diversity Visa Lottery Winners Only is now available separately. About Immigration News. We provide weekly Immigration News summaries that link back to the original content. We strive to provide a more useful, thorough condensation of relevant immigration news from a wide variety of sources ranging from CIS to the Washington Post to the EE Times. We also seek to illuminate both domestic and international abuses of human rights as they relate to human migration.
About Immigration Reports. Our Free Downloads page features searchable immigration reports, guides, and studies. Each month we add to our to our list of available publications and include the latest Visa Bulletin from the U.S. Department of State.
About Lottery Services Reviews. For those applicants that prefer to use a service provider, we Review lottery services and publish the results on our site and booklet. We also publish detailed data in spreadsheet format, for an audience of webmasters, immigration site owners, immigration professionals, government agencies, news organizations, and others.
About Degrees of Freedom Blog. We moved our blog to the Albuquerque Immigration Examiner. Our Degrees of Freedom Blog is co-published one day later at United States Association of Immigrants at myUSAi.org.

Marybeth Rael is the author of Win the Green Card Lottery!, the first book dedicated to the green card lottery, first published by Self-Counsel Press in 2002. Marybeth has provided assistance to prospective immigrants through the American Green Card Lottery Network, a green card lottery service she established to help prospective immigrants prepare green card lottery applications. Marybeth is a graduate of the University of Albuquerque in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Between her travels to the Middle East, she resides in New Mexico. |

J. Stephen Wilson is the co-author, electronic publisher and founder of Creative Networks at myGreencard.com. Steve is also an owner of the United States Association of Immigrants at myUSAi.org. He is a former technical writer, biochemical engineer and software project manager. His interest in immigration comes from working with foreign students and other U.S. visa holders for the past 20 years. Steve currently writes on immigration issues with the Albuquerque Examiner. Steve has degrees from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
